Buying a home is stressful but doing so remotely from another state is even more so. Fortunately with Linda Chain as our realtor, the process went smoothly and swiftly. Because we were trying to do so much remotely, we relied heavily on Linda’s area expertise. We met initially by phone and told her what we wanted. We sent her a list of homes we had looked up. She made all the arrangements to visit those houses plus some she suggested and in a whirlwind visit we were able to narrow our choice down to our favorite, one that she had included. My husband is very detailed oriented and we had a lot of top priorities which Linda carefully interpreted and came up with the perfect fit. We returned home to California leaving Linda to manage the home inspections process, interface with the seller and escrow. She kept us informed every step of the way.
